I spent some time using number boxes and int objects to store numbers. You can feed them into +, , %, select, whatever you need. They hold the value and let you build counters, sequencers, or trigger different things depending on what number is stored. I hooked a counter into a select object to cycle through my samples, and used % and + to loop around correctly. It’s not fancy but it works and makes your patch act like it actually remembers stuff.
